Rodney Baxter started with a straightforward goal: do great concrete work and build a reputation clients could count on. What began as a concrete-focused operation in the Atlanta area quickly evolved as clients recognized the quality of his crew's work and started asking for more. Grading jobs followed, then demolition, then hardscapes and retaining walls.

Baxter Site Works was formally established in 2022, and in just a few years, the company has grown into one of the Atlanta area's most trusted providers of site development solutions.
